Partha moderated a panel discussion at the AI for Developing Countries Forum at the United Nations HQ in Vienna. The discussion was on the topic of ‘Data Sovereignty in AI: Transparency, Privacy, and National Interests’, examining the complex balancing act between data sovereignty, transparency, national interests and the struggle for responsible AI and governance.

Partha was part of the core team that helped to formulate the ‘AIFOD Vienna Forum Declaration framework’ to address key aspects of AI development and governance in developing countries. This represented a collective commitment to ensuring AI technologies serve as a catalyst for equitable progress worldwide.
