Having spearheaded projects and teams across six continents, Partha is a truly global business transformation expert with a deep knowledge of all major business markets.

He understands the intricacies of transformation at fast-growth startups and global technology giants, and can apply his tried and tested human-centred approach in any circumstance.

With a strong focus on value creation, digital risk management, ESG and sustainability, he harnesses the power of an extensive network to strategically guide growth agendas.

He applies his expertise across AI and Web3 to lead new technology practices and implement IT systems which combine business insights with advanced cognitive technologies to create integrated business platforms and services.

Experience

Partha has served in executive leadership positions with some of the world’s largest technology and consulting global system integrators, including 17 years with Infosys, where he served as Portfolio Head – Insurance Europe, followed by a tenure at Tech Mahindra as Senior Vice President and Global Head – Insurance Europe. In his last role as President and Partner at an unicorn AI company he spearheaded Business Development and Business Transformation consulting.

He also freelances globally with GLG Network, the world’s leading insight network, as an expert on IT, BPO and consulting topics.

As the founder of PG Advisors, Partha and his team offer board advisory and non-executive director services to for-profit and non-profit business across a wide variety of sectors.

Background

Partha holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Pondicherry University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Madras.

He has also completed executive education programmes at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

An advocate for talent development, Partha actively engages in various STEM initiatives and mentorship programmes pro bono.

In 2024, he moderated a panel at the AI For Developing Countries Forum at the United Nations HQ in Vienna, bringing together experts to discuss the complex balancing act between data sovereignty, transparency, national interests, and the struggle for responsible AI and governance.
