Resist Temptation to Rapidly Roll Out AI – Executives Must Focus on Talent and Training First

Partha Gopalakrishnan authored an article for Verdict, sharing his advice on how companies can lay the foundations for successful AI transformation.

In an article written for Verdict, Partha warned IT leaders of the dangers of rushed digital transformation, which often leads to failure. To avoid this happening, he urged executives to invest in talent and training before starting to implement the AI technology itself. He specified that executives should tackle talent acquisition with a skills-first approach and target graduates from arts and humanities as well as those from maths and economics backgrounds. He also advised firms to provide regular training courses to current employees.

Partha argued that this focus on talent and training would place firms in a good position for driving long-term, sustainable value with their AI transformation projects.
