Partha Gopalakrishnan joins as founding committee member at The Human Factor Committee at SBS Swiss Business School, supporting its work on people-centred leadership, ethics, and the societal dimensions of business and technology.
As part of this contribution, Partha will spearhead speaker selection and moderate panel discussions at the committee’s inaugural conference, The Human Factor of AI Implementation, to be held in Baar, Switzerland, on 8–9 November 2025. The conference is co-hosted by SBS Swiss Business School, the Centre for Strategic Corporate Foresight and Sustainability, and the International School of Zug and Luzern, and will explore how the future of AI can be designed with the human factor at its core.
The event brings together researchers, educators, policymakers, artists, and industry professionals to examine the ethical, organisational, and societal implications of AI implementation. Through his role, Partha will help shape the quality and depth of dialogue at this first edition, fostering meaningful exchange across disciplines and sectors.
This engagement reflects a shared commitment to advancing thoughtful, responsible, and human-centred approaches to leadership and technological transformation.
